They are truly clueless. A turn-around will only happen if the citizens of the world rebuild their infrastructure. The government ALWAYS follows. It CANNOT lead. The smartest people are NOT in the government. It USED to be that way, but no more. Only puppet, talk-heads, are in the government looking out for their own interests, which are to be re-elected, not to get things done.
