are you serious? look at what a ponzi scheme is. you can water board this man and his accomplisses for eternity and never find out where the money is. basically he robbed peter to pay paul his so called dividend. So to start with all that money is gone, no one will ever find it! So no matter what you do to him, his family or business partners it will do no good what so ever. the thing that really gets me is that this guy pulled off the single biggest robbery I have ever heard of, and that was in the tune of $65 billion! So go ahead and water board any one you want it will not resolve a single thing, and on top of that this is the U.S.A., and 2009, you can find a better way to get info out of the guy! and one last thing to say, madoff’s whole family had nothing to do with him once all the crap went down. so go ahead and try to get blood from a turnip, they didn’t know it was happening and then as soon as they found out, they all got out!
